Jeneanne Hanley Former SVP & President Automotive Electrical/Electronics, Lear Corporation

An operating executive with more than 24 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, Ms. Hanley is the former senior vice president and president of Lear Corporation’s E-Systems Division, which was responsible for selling, designing, and manufacturing electrical distribution systems, terminal and connectors as well as electronic modules. Her tenure as leader of the E-Systems division included leading the team that introduced electrification technologies from the 2010 Chevy Volt and the 2020 Jaguar I-pace. Under Ms. Hanley’s leadership, ESystems revenues exceeded $5B, with 50 production facilities, and 70,000 team members. Ms. Hanley is a respected member of the industry and community having been recognized as one of the “100 Leading Women in Automotive” by Automotive News, and one of the most influential women in Michigan by Crain’s Business Detroit. Ms. Hanley holds both a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. In addition to Tenneco, she currently serves on the board of directors of KLA Corporation, and QuantumScape Corporation.
