Piston Rings

Tenneco's industry leading piston ring designs rings resist high temperature and very abrasive environments without significant wear. With combustion pressures and temperatures increasing and oil control now recognized as a critical aspect of reducing particulate emissions, piston rings are a vital area for innovation. Valves

Valve Seats and Guides

Advanced valve seat and valve guide technologies from Tenneco use high performance powder metal materials that withstand the extreme tribological requirements of the combustion environment and deliver industry leading thermal conductance to cope with rising temperatures in even the most demanding engines. Sealing, Gaskets and Heat Shields

Vehicle Hybridization Technologies

Developed by our Controlled Power Technologies product group, our range of vehicle hybridization technologies utilize otherwise wasted kinetic and exhaust gas energy to reduce emissions and fuel consumption while also supporting enhanced performance.
