Mr. Bosan is a Principal in the private equity group of Apollo Global Management where he focuses on investments in the Auto, Technology and Gaming sectors. Since joining Apollo in 2015, Mr. Bosan has been involved in the execution of the firm’s investments in Borchers, Caesars Entertainment, Coinstar, Eagle Picher, Expedia, Gannett, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, Redbox, Tenneco, Yahoo! and Veritable. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Bosan was an associate in the Direct Investment Group at GIC. Before that, he was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Institutions Groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Bosan graduated magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania with a BSE degree in Finance and a BSE degree in System Engineering. In addition to Tenneco, he currently serves on the board of directors of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation.
