Jon Bagrosky was named Tenneco’s executive vice president and chief human resources officer in June 2023. He leads Tenneco’s effort to create a culture that attracts and motivates the company’s 71,000 team members across the globe. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s global Human Resources function, which includes leadership and organizational development, compensation and benefits, inclusion and diversity, and talent acquisition. Additionally, as a member of Tenneco’s executive leadership team, Bagrosky works with senior management to ensure the company's HR priorities are aligned with and in support of the business strategies. Bagrosky joined Tenneco after spending the previous five years at EaglePicher Technologies, serving as the company’s senior vice president, Defense Business Unit and SVP Human Resources. In addition to his HR duties, he was responsible for all facets of operations and P&L. Prior to this time with EaglePicher, Bagrosky served as executive vice president, HR at VECTRA, where he directed all aspects of human resources. VECTRA, an Apollo portfolio company, was the operating company for EaglePicher Technologies (Specialty Battery), Borchers (Chemical), and VAC (Specialty Magnets). Bagrosky holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business management from Saginaw Valley (Michigan) State University and a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.
